I recently had an experience with Shrewsbury Fire Dept and I must say it was average. The response time was decent, but it took quite some time for the fire fighting crew to arrive on the scene. However, once they arrived, they efficiently handled the situation and managed to extinguish the fire in a timely manner. The firefighters were professional and showed great expertise, but I felt that the communication during the process could have been improved. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
