I had a mixed experience with Medical Data Systems. While their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, I found their customer service to be lacking. The representatives I spoke with were not very helpful and seemed uninterested in resolving my issues. Additionally, their response time was quite slow, which was frustrating. However, I did appreciate the promptness with which they processed my payment. Overall, I would rate Medical Data Systems as average.
