I have been a customer of Mile High Orthotics Lab, Inc for years, and I can confidently say that their orthotics are of average quality. While they provide decent support, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of comfort and durability. The customer service has been satisfactory, but not exceptional. However, their website (mholabs.com) is user-friendly and makes ordering easy.
