I had an average experience with BeXcom Korea. Their website, bexcom.com, was easy to navigate and find information about their products. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiry, and when I did receive a response, it was not very helpful. Overall, the company is just okay.
