I had an average experience with Escape to Mallorca. The website was easy to use and the booking process was simple. However, the villa I stayed in was not as luxurious as I had expected based on the website description. The customer service was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. Overall, it was an average vacation, but I expected more from Escape to Mallorca.
