King Fahad Medical City in Riyadh is one of the largest independent medical cities in the Middle East with a total capacity of (1095) beds and includes: the main hospital, the women's specialist hospital, the children's hospital, the rehabilitation hospital. The city has four centers: King Salman Center for Cardiac Medicine and Surgery, Neuroscience Center, Oncology Center, and the Specialized Center for Diabetes and Endocrinology.
It was operated in 1425 AH corresponding to 2004 AD, and the main hospital is considered a center specialized in providing medical and surgical care, critical care and dental services, as it contributes to health and educational education at the local level, in addition to promoting disease treatment through medical research and medical training programs Specialized.
