I recently had an average experience at a mental health facility. The staff was decent and the therapist I worked with was okay. However, I felt like the sessions were not as productive as I had hoped. The treatment plan felt generic and didn't fully address my individual needs. While I appreciate the effort put in by U V MENTAL HEALTH, I believe there is room for improvement in their approach to patient care.
