I HAVE GONE ON CTFILEUI.COM of whatever the site is! It approved my claim but is awarding me $0 bc they are looking at the wrong paperwork for me....so meanwhile I am filing weekly and GETTING NOTHING AND THERE IS NO ONE TO TALK TO...told me to hold the line for a representative when I called at 8am...as soon as they opened.. after waiting 20 min through the menu... IT JUST HANGS UP ON YOU WHEN IT TELLS U TO HOLD FOR SOMEONE! THIS NEVER EVER EVER HAPPENED WHEN WE WERE ABLE TO CALL AND TALK TO A PERSON YEARS AGO! This is literal FRAUD! I am attempting to call Blumenthal's office today along with chris murphy (like that will do ANYTHING) and planning on writing an OP ED about the APALLING lack of help EVEN WHEN AN EPIDEMIC isnt going on. It is literal tax fraud....taking our money and dosreguarding us for service...this will not help me if I get money IN JULY! I NEED IT NOW WHILE IM UNEMPLOYED DUE TO CORONA! and let me guess the response to this.....

OR ANSWER MY EMAIL FROM 2 WEEKS AGO...THEY TRIED TO SAVE MONEY BY DOING AWAY WITH PHONE SERVICE AND NOW U HAVE BETTER CHANCES OF WINNING THE CT LOTTERY THAN GETTING ANY USEFUL HELP FROM ANYONE AT DOL...MIDDLE MANAGEMENT SHOULD ALL BE FIRED...EVEN B4 THIS EPIDEMIC IT WAS A JOKE....SO RIDICULOUS!
