I have been a customer of Hcmc for many years and I must say their service is average. Although their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, their customer support can be improved. Sometimes it takes a bit longer than I would like to get a response, and the solution provided is not always satisfactory. However, I must appreciate their consistent effort in delivering their products on time.
