Very nice location beside salt lake stadium. We wanted to have good experience. But not had the please one.
We checked in on 15th Dec.We we had been allotted a room the room was full of dirt and dust. Room was not maintained. Can you expect this from a 5 star property?? Is this kind of service expect from Hyatt?? When I had complained to duty manager they changed the room. But guess what was the condition of new room??? Same dirty. Please see the pictures. Really horrible. Really very upset. We started our vacation from there. But these spoiled our mood. In the evening house keeping manager and Asst manager guest service came and apologetic about this. But no visible action was taken. Even she offered me complementary drinks to cope up this situation which I refused. Hyatt should take serious steps to improve upon guest service. Otherwise the will loose peoples confidence. There are lots of option 5 star option available in the city.
Even their buffet dinner options are limited. Service offered in the restaurant is also equally bad and guest are treated properly.
