Finally Reality is an average company providing virtual reality solutions. Though their website is user-friendly, I found the range of products to be limited. The customer service was satisfactory, but I have seen better in the industry. The VR headset I purchased worked fine, but it didn't meet my high expectations. Overall, it's an average experience with Finally Reality.
