I recently had my roof repaired by a roofing company. Overall, my experience with Bowles Roofing Company was average. They were able to schedule the repair promptly, which was a plus. The team arrived on time and completed the job within the estimated time frame. The roof repair seems to be holding up well so far, and there have been no leaks since the repairs were made. However, I found the communication with the company to be lacking. There were times when it was difficult to get a response to my questions or concerns. Additionally, the pricing seemed a bit high compared to other companies in the area. While the quality of the work was satisfactory, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and pricing.
