I had a mixed experience with Dfw Cellular Express. While the staff was friendly and the prices were reasonable, the wait time was quite long. It took over an hour for me to be served, despite having made an appointment. The phone I purchased works fine, but the overall experience could have been better. I would recommend calling ahead to make sure they are not too busy before visiting.
