As a long-time customer of P.o.t.s, I can confidently say that their service is average. While they have a good selection of products, I have had a few issues with orders in the past. Their customer support is responsive, but it took a bit longer than expected to resolve the problems. Overall, it's decent, but there is room for improvement.
