I recently had the pleasure of working with Loring, Sternberg & Associates and I must say it was an overall average experience. While they were able to provide me with some useful information, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time was slower than expected and their staff was not always helpful or knowledgeable. However, they did deliver on their promises and I appreciate their professionalism. Overall, I would rate them as average.
