I had a mixed experience with Dümo-reisemobile. While the staff was friendly and helpful, the mobile home I purchased had some minor defects that needed to be fixed. They did take care of the issues promptly, but I was a bit disappointed with the initial quality control. Overall, I would say it was an average experience.
