Patrick O'Neill from Acclaimed Home Loans helped me out with my loan. along the way there were delays, due to my work commitments and the crazy hours that i work. He never rushed me or got annoyed at the process of me getting all the paperwork. he always told me the things i needed to provide, and that i could call or contact him any time i needed to (and i did, and he never got annoyed).

I've never had a mortgage broker before and know that without Patrick helping me out along the way, I couldn't get this sorted without his consistent assistance along the way.
