I had an average experience with Prokasro Mechatronik GmbH. The products they offer are of good quality but their customer service needs improvement. It took them a while to respond to my inquiries and they weren't very helpful. I expected better service from a company of their caliber. Hopefully, they take customer feedback seriously and work on improving their customer support.
