I recently used their services for some promotional material and was somewhat disappointed with the results. Although the quality of the final products was decent, I feel that the level of creativity and originality was somewhat lacking. 🤔 Additionally, the customer service was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. 🤷‍♂️ I had higher hopes for my project, so the overall experience left me feeling a bit underwhelmed. I may consider giving them another chance in the future, but I will certainly be more specific about my expectations and communicate my vision more clearly. Overall, they delivered an average experience that fell short of my hopes.
