I recently enrolled in a course at Ists - institut supérieur des techniques du spectacle, and I must say I'm impressed. The course material is well-structured, and the instructors are very knowledgeable. The practical exercises are challenging and help me grasp the concepts better. Ists has definitely exceeded my expectations.
