I recently utilized the services of a logistics company for my business needs and decided to go with Dart Global Logistics Private Limited. Overall, my experience was average. The website was user-friendly and provided clear information about their various services. However, I found the customer support to be slightly lacking. I had some questions regarding the shipment process and it took longer than expected to get a response. The tracking system was functional, but I noticed some delays in the updates. On the positive side, the pricing was competitive and the delivery of my packages was on time. While my experience was satisfactory, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and timely updates.
