outstanding customer service from Simon he really looked after us. I've always had Mercedes and this is my first BMW and after a few bad experiences with Mercedes I was on my guard for potential issues.

I needn't of worried, from key drop off to collection it was perfect, felt safe with all the covid precautions in place, got a fantastic video of the technician going over my car which was great, very informative and reassuring.

I will 100% be coming back for my services in future and I will recommend to my friends, thank you again Simon you are a legend.
