I am a loyal customer of Carter Dry Cleaning. Their service is average and the staff is friendly. I have been using their services for a couple of years now and overall, I am satisfied. The prices are reasonable and my clothes always come back clean. However, there have been a few instances where my clothes were not ready on time which can be frustrating. But other than that, I have no major complaints.
