Along with many other Floridians, since March 29th I tried repeatedly over a 3 week period to file an unemployment claim of job loss due to COVID-19 shutting down the business of my employment. The FL DEO system continued to kick me out On April 10th I was finally able to make a claim on the newly setup Pega website with the status as "Resolved - Completed"
What does this mean? No other explanation or instructions given. Now I feel I am caught between the two systems not knowing where my claim stands. I have never been so frustrated!!!! Cannot get a call through on the phone number provided.
