I have been a customer of Rsi bank plc for several years now and I must say that their services have been quite average. I haven't faced any major issues, but there is definitely room for improvement. The website is user-friendly and I find it easy to navigate. However, there have been times when transactions took longer than expected to process. Overall, I would give them a 3-star rating.
