Now that I am graduating and beginning to deal with realty companies and landlords other than Young America, I realize how great we all have it at Illinois State. Young America has the greatest, nicest properties, including the Lodge where I lived for 2 years. The student leasing agents are always so helpful and so willing to help and to make all the technical talk of leasing easy to understand. Any time we put in a service maintenance request, it was fixed within a couple days, but even sooner if it was urgent. If there's ever a misunderstanding or mistake about a fee or anything at all, all you have to do is call them and they will take care of the problem. You can tell they appreciate all of their tenants because they are constantly giving away tickets to various events, gift cards, free food, etc. 5 stars forever and ever.
