Terrible company to work for, no work life balance, absolutely no career development. Electrical director, Kevin Schaefer is the biggest jerk in the world of engineering. Terrible management, no transparency, condescending approach, no encouragement or recognition to hard work. Very high turn over rate / quit in employees.
