Charged for a carpet clean after moving out. The h...

Charged for a carpet clean after moving out. The house flooded while we lived and the carpet needed to be replaced. turns out after we moved out they replaced the carpet (So why was I charged a carpet cleaning fee?) This is only the last thing that happened while renting from these people. Back deck not up to code, rats, verbal threats from a previous manager. Absolutely horrible company to rent from. Got pictures to prove it all, pm me if you need to!
