I had a mixed experience with Eepi. Overall, their services were average. I found their website user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I faced some difficulties in contacting their customer support. The response time was slower than I expected. Despite these issues, I appreciate the effort they put into the packaging of their products. The items I ordered arrived in perfect condition. They have room for improvement, but I believe they have the potential to get better.
