I have been a loyal customer of Lojas multi for several years and I can honestly say that their service is average. While their product selection is extensive, the quality of some items can be hit or miss. The prices are reasonable and the website is easy to navigate. However, I have had a few issues with customer service. Overall, I would rate Lojas multi as an average company.
