I have mixed feelings about my experience with J.jorgensen. On one hand, the quality of their work is good and they were able to meet my requirements. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took them longer than expected to respond to my inquiries and there were a few miscommunications along the way. Overall, the experience was average.
