My experience with Tranquillity travel ltd was overall quite average. The customer service was okay, but nothing exceptional. The website was easy to navigate, but I found the prices to be a bit expensive compared to other travel agencies. The booking process was smooth, but I would have appreciated more transparency in terms of the fees and charges. Overall, an okay experience.
