I have been a customer of Digideal for several years now and I must say that their service is average. While they provide the basic services that I need, they could improve on their customer support. There have been instances where my queries have taken longer than expected to be resolved. Overall, their service is satisfactory but there is definitely room for improvement. I hope they work on enhancing their customer experience in the future.
