I have been a customer of Nsx - normalized systems for several years now and I must say their services are average. The website normalizedsystems.org is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, their customer support needs improvement. They take a long time to respond to queries and often provide incomplete information. I hope they work on this aspect to provide a better experience to their customers.
