Tried to get them to work with me on what I can afford they wouldn't go for what I said l they were very rude, I also asked for a letter to be sent through the mail, I have not recevied anything, they went as far as taking to me to court and to tell the judge I won't cooperate with them when they were the ones that wasn't cooperating, and now a couple years later LHR is going to take me back to court again for a bill that they will not send me any paper work on, oh and I also do not have the companies address not the account number for my bill l. I looked up the company the BBB gave them a D- and it shows that they have had 13 complaints and I also seen a rip off report on LHR.
