We had an excellent experience with Toyota of Naperville. There was no pressure, which was one of the things that brought us from the lot into the door. Our sales rep, Harvey, was extremely friendly and helpful. He spent an extensive amount of time showing us the features of the vehicle and how to use certain features before letting us drive off the lot. We will definitely be back for our next vehicle purchase.
