I recently had an experience with a mobile IV service that did not meet my expectations. The booking process seemed straightforward, but the execution left much to be desired. The arrival was later than promised, which disrupted my schedule.

Moreover, the IV technician appeared rushed and lacked the thoroughness I anticipated. It felt more like a conveyor-belt operation than a personalized wellness treatment. Despite having a few questions, I didn't receive the level of engagement or care I'd hoped for.

Overall, I expected a more attentive and professional approach based on the marketed offerings. Unfortunately, it did not live up to the promise of convenience and quality care.
