I had an average experience with Cancer Kinship. While their website was informative and easy to navigate, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slow, and the staff did not seem very knowledgeable or empathetic. However, the resources they provide for cancer patients and their families are valuable and supportive. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
