Ordered take out for the first time since covid hi...

Ordered take out for the first time since covid hit. I'm not sure if the cooking staff has changed but I ordered an Italian steak with no meat, extra mushrooms (yes no meat! I love the veggies instead). The sandwich was dry toasted, had no sauce on it and no extra mushrooms. There was shredded lettuce and tomatoes thrown in my take out box, not sure what that was for? Also ordered a full loaf of garlic cheese bread and there was zero garlic on it.. I've always been a great fan of grandpa Tony's but after this experience I'm not sure. Hopefully management figures out what's going on with the cooking of the food.
