I had a mixed experience with Mci - materials + corrosion investigations. While their expertise and knowledge in the field of material and corrosion investigations is commendable, their customer service left a lot to be desired. The staff members were professional, but they lacked warmth and friendliness. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
