Service was not good, got our food, but no utensil...

Service was not good, got our food, but no utensils to eat with, had to ask for them. The steaks tasted burnt on the outside and almost raw on the inside. Asked for steak sauce and was brought a bottle that was empty. Will not be eating here again.
