Space ..... to inefficiency !!!!

I bought a 500X KM 0 which arrived 40 days late. After rescheduling my commitments due to car absence, on August 5th I finally receive the car. Today 13 August the car stops in the middle of Corso Traiano, fortunately without consequences. I hear from an "authorized" mechanic and the problem is caused by the battery: it is likely that the car has been standing still for a long time and this circumstance has affected its correct functioning.
(While recharging the battery, the car continues to shut down). Well!! Then problem solved! Just change the battery !!!!
NOOOOOO !!!!!
You must know that the "authorized" workshops are in name and in fact, because they must be authorized by Spazio to change the battery: but the Spazio offices are closed until August 19th.
Ok. I call customer service to find out if I rent a car I could be reimbursed. Answer: no because you have to wait for "the response of the diagnosis to ascertain the damage and therefore the responsibility for the damage"

Sorry for the ignorance, but what responsibility can I have with respect to a 0 km car battery retired 8 days ago ?????
Total: it is August 13th and until August 19th I will certainly be without a car and of course ..... without holidays.
Ah .... after this episode, you will understand that an instruction booklet in Austrian and tires that do not comply with what is stated in the contract temporarily take a back seat.
No more room for imbeciles!
