Updated my review as the management has taken this seriously. Response was prompt and I am happy it was resolved in the most professional manner.

My first experience was okay. I was extended courtesy - and a promise I will be assisted in securing the Ejari. The agent also double checked I had all the documents needed to process the Ejari. So, that was good.

My second experience turned out to be stressful and utterly disappointing. After providing sufficient notice period and reminders, I ended up cancelling all of my moving-in related activities on that one day as the keys couldn t be turned over as agreed. It cost me time and money - and the lost opportunity of having my apartment readied for a smooth move-in. Now, I have to deal with new schedules and appointments with other service providers not to mention the fees I have to bear for the postponement - very unacceptable!
