I had a mixed experience with Performance Pathways. While the website (perfpathways.com) was easy to use and provided useful information, the overall customer service was lacking. It took longer than expected to receive responses to my inquiries, and I felt that my concerns were not fully addressed. I believe there is room for improvement in their communication and support.
