The experience of working with Cloud Team Alliance was a bit disappointing. I faced some issues with the customer support. It took them quite some time to respond to my queries, and even then, the solutions provided were not satisfactory. However, I must admit that the team did deliver the project on time and the quality of their work was good. Overall, an average experience with room for improvement in customer service.
