I have been a customer of Voxel (Internap) for several years now and I must say that their services are average. The customer support is responsive but sometimes takes longer than expected to resolve issues. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of server performance and network stability. Overall, Voxel (Internap) provides a decent hosting solution, but there are definitely better options available.
