I had an overall average experience with Unigo Group. Although their website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, I found the customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slow and the representatives were not very knowledgeable. The rates they offered were fairly competitive, but I've seen better options elsewhere. Overall, I would rate Unigo Group as average.
