I regret my decision to shop at Joval. The website was difficult to use and navigate. The ordering process was cumbersome and I encountered numerous technical issues. The customer support team was unresponsive and unhelpful. The quality of the product I received was subpar, and it did not match the description on the website. I would not recommend Joval to anyone.
