For what I deliver and which section of the warehouse I go to it is always a good unload. Sometimes they change where our product goes in warehouse and that incurs a lumper fee. Usually pretty quick once they get started. Parking across the street but not during day because trucks were blocking dumpsters so it is now ticketable.
