I had a mixed experience with Lowell running, llc. The quality of the products I ordered was great, but the customer service was lacking. It took a while to get a response to my query, and when I did, it wasn't very helpful. However, the website was easy to use, and the checkout process was straightforward. Overall, it was an okay experience.
